Orders and availability
Orders are accepted subject to product availability, address verification and successful payment where applicable. If an item becomes unavailable, Nysaa will contact the customer before proceeding.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; Nysaa does not store card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredients, weights and images accurate. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly without changing the essential product.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide a correct name, phone number and complete delivery address. Orders may be delayed or cancelled when the supplied details cannot be verified.
